“第二生命”的部分玩家认为是,并且发誓要把这样做的人曝光。同时,游戏制造商林登实验室也声称要修改游戏,防止虚拟儿童与人发生性关系。德国的检察官们也没有置身事外,不过他们关注的焦点是有人利用这个游戏传播儿童色情产品,而不是人们是否与虚拟儿童发生虚拟性关系。
