驯服“投机资本主义”

法国总统竞选中的领先竞争者Nicolas Sarkozy最近猛烈抨击被他称作“投机资本主义”的现象,并说他想要将欧元所创造的金融区“道德化”。他所讲的“投机资本主义”是什么含义?它显然是不道德的,但究竟是什么呢?这个词此前很少被用到,而且听起来有点累赘。毕竟,资本主义几乎就是投机的同义词,不是吗?
