    24岁的奥斯耶夫出生在印古什,在莫斯科的一家银行工作。他在和一个朋友走路回家的时候遭到一群光头党人的袭击。他的朋友身受重伤但是还是得以脱逃,而奥斯耶夫在背后被刺,不治身亡。在袭击中两名攻击者受伤并且在医院治疗的时候被捕。其他人则逃之夭夭。
