莱茵兰模式的两项可喜之处

不久前,德国和其它欧洲大陆国还指责美英,说美国的"贫困劳动者"和英国公共服务的糟糕状况恰恰反映了安格鲁·萨克逊国家为无情资本化付出的不可避免的代价。另一方面,欧洲国家(特别是德国)则尽情享受着"莱茵兰模式":也就是在社会公正的基础上获取经济成功的一种市场经济模式。

因此,格哈特·施罗德总理首任期间与英国首相托尼·布莱尔签署所谓的布莱尔-施罗德文件,承诺在自由化改革方面与英国合作。这在英国宣扬得大张旗鼓,而在德国却鲜为人知。与此相似,宣传欧盟经济自由化的《里斯本备忘录》在德、法或其它多数欧洲大陆国家根本就没人当真。

过去5年的变化有多大!今天,很少有人(如果还有)再以那么满意的口吻说起莱茵兰模式了。
