发自柏林——无论是俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、中国,欧洲,还是北极……这个夏天都热得有些极端。但这样的鬼天气是否跟全球变暖有着任何联系?人类的碳排放是否又应承担罪责呢?

当无法在科学上证明(或者否定)全球变暖导致了任何极端气候状况的时候,我们可以说全球变暖很可能增加了多种极端气候状况的发生概率和严重程度。

数星期以来,俄罗斯中部都被前所未有的热浪包围着,大概导致了近数千人死亡。而在干旱和炎热之下,有500起山火无法得到控制,不但令莫斯科笼罩在一片烟雾当中,还威胁到了数座核设施。俄政府因此禁止小麦出口,导致国际谷物价格一路飞涨。
