幸福源于设计

伦敦——过去几年里,幸福的理念已经发生了翻天覆地的变化。直到不久前,由运气、命数或我们无法控制的基因等因素决定我们幸福与否还貌似是合理的假设。用塞缪尔·贝克特的说,人们愿意相信“全世界的泪水是个恒定的常数。”

但新研究成果揭示了幸福可以控制也可以习得,这是一种看待幸福的全新方式。

幸福取决于诸多因素,既有身心健康和亲密关系等显而易见的因素,还有些因素也许看起来不那么直观,比方说从事慷慨行为。其中有些可以学习和培养,事实证明教授积极思维习惯——比方说学会欣赏重要事务或避免纠结于挫折——的课程已经对幸福造成了重大改变。达赖喇嘛最近在伦敦开办了一系列类似课程,上述课程由我协助创建的幸福行动机构负责开发。
