印度新愿景

新德里—由纳兰德拉·莫迪(Narendra Modi)领导的印度人民党(Bharatiya Janata Party)以风卷残云之势赢得该党历史上第一次绝对多数,将前主导党派国大党踩在脚下,后者在议会下院只获得543个席位中的44席。尽管瞬息万变的印度经济才是选战的主要话题,但莫迪的胜利意味着印度外交政策也将发生重大改变。简言之,国大党领导的统一进步联盟(United Progressive Alliance,简称UPA)所采取的胆怯和犹豫到近乎瘫痪的地步的时代已经一去不返了。
