事实上,全世界最野蛮、最暴力的群体(如博科圣地等)攻击教育不足为奇。而授予马拉拉·尤沙夫赛(Malala Yousafzai)2014年诺贝尔和平奖也堪称实至名归。尤沙夫赛是一位巴基斯坦花季少女,因为勇敢地宣扬女孩受教育权而遭到塔利班的枪击。

今年9月,当世界各国政府启动可持续发展目标(Sustainable Development Goals,SDG)时,它们将正确地把全人类儿童的教育放在最优先的地位,与消灭极端贫困、饥饿和可防可治因素致死并驾齐驱。但是,尽管许多穷国增加了国内教育融资,但国际社会做得仍然不够。教育援助仍然太少,也太分散。
