بارما- يبدو ان رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي بينيامين نتنياهو يقترب من الدعوة الى التعبئة العامة لقوات بلاده كما ان الجمهوريين في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية يستعدون لمعركة شرسة مع ادارة الرئيس باراك اوباما في اعقاب اتفاق الاطار النووي مع ايران وبالرغم من ذلك فإن الصفقة كانت موضع ترحيب من الجميع تقريبا في اوروبا . اذن ما هو السبب وراء انقطاع التواصل ضمن الغرب فيما يتعلق بتهديد اقليمي ودولي
ان هناك العديد من العوامل التي تؤثر في المشهد هنا . اولها ان اوروبا – او بشكل اكثر تحديدا المملكه المتحدة والمانيا وفرنسا- قد انخرطت في المحادثات مع ايران لاكثر من عقد وحتى بينما كان الرئيس جورج بوش الابن يصف ايران بإنها جزء من محور الشر كان اعضاء الاتحاد الاوروبي الرئيسون يصرون على ان الدبلوماسيه هي افضل من الحرب.
