在这样的环境下,数据管理和分析的顺畅性将是成功组织的关键。2011年,麻省理工学院(MIT)的布莱恩约尔弗森(Erick Brynjolfsson)及其同事发表了一项研究,他们发现使用数据驱动决策的公司生产率比不使用数据决策的公司高5—6%。捕获、组织数据、从中提炼洞见并交易数据已成为所有行业、所有部门的核心能力之一。
