纽约——我们对伊朗的核计划有所了解,我们也知道不能加以鼓励。据报道,伊朗有两个地方在浓缩铀——其中一些浓度达到了20%,远远超过了民用所需的浓度。国际原子能机构也报道说,伊朗正在研究设计核弹头。简而言之,伊朗的官员称,他们的核计划只是用于发电或医学研究,这一点说服力都没有。

无论是哪种情况,伊朗的活动都让世界面临艰难的选择。所有选择都是有代价和风险的。此外,代价和风险都不可能准确计算。
