中东现在该怎么办?

从印度河到地中海东海岸之间地域广阔,政治和安全形势却不容乐观。1991年,美军抱着给整个地区带来根本性变化的初衷入侵伊拉克。到今天,形势已经渐趋明朗,美国的政策没有在任何方面取得成功,即便的确在伊拉克成功地实现了自由选举,也没有因此带来伊拉克的团结,相反却使这个国家进一步四分五裂。

美军入侵的确从根本上动摇了中东现有的权力关系,带来了一场轰轰烈烈的权力革命。但想象中多米诺骨牌式的民主化进程并没有因此实现,恰恰相反,摆在我们面前的却是一连串的混乱局势。

1991年做出对伊宣战、解放科威特的决定,标志着美国开始成为中东地区唯一的军事霸权。第二次对伊宣战、并在2003年3月占领伊拉克,将美国的军事霸权演变成了对中东未来所承担的直接责任。
