中国留给越南的教训

发自东京——在二战结束30年后的1975年,全球的目光都聚焦在了越南身上。当时越南对美法两国的军事胜利堪称后殖民时代国家独立战争的经典注脚。而自从那一幕幕最终定格在美军直升机于废弃的西贡美国大使馆上空盘旋的经典画面之后,越南也淡出了人们的视线之外,被遗忘了。

毗邻中国,扼守亚洲海上贸易咽喉,越南凭借着优越的地理位置一直是全球战略的重要据点,而这或许也是该国反殖民斗争何以持续如此长时间的理由。近年来,由于国内经济状况的改善和外交立场的转变(世人对此依然所知甚少),越南在战略重要性也再度凸显出来。

得益于近20年来的快速经济增长以及全面对外开放,越南现已在区域经济和防务上崭露头角。的确,近几个月来该国就在协助建立亚洲新兴安全秩序中就扮演了核心角色。
