乌克兰:下一场危机?

俄罗斯对格鲁吉亚的入侵在西方和前苏联地区造成了冲击波,尤其是在乌克兰。其实,乌克兰可能是下一场潜在的危机的发生地。

格鲁吉亚不断地向亲西方靠拢,包括和北约不断加强的联系,一直是莫斯科的眼睛中的一粒沙子。但是,这并不对俄罗斯的安全造成严重的威胁。格鲁吉亚的军队规模小,且装备差,和俄罗斯根本不可一比。这一点,已经在本月显露无遗。

相反,若乌克兰加入北约,将会产生深远的战略影响,这会让俄罗斯人心中那一丝建立一个由俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和乌克兰组成的“斯拉夫联盟”的梦想成为泡影。现在这个梦想仍然存于俄罗斯人心中。这也会对俄罗斯国防工业,尤其是空中国防和导弹生产工业,产生重要的影响。
