法国社会党的新欧洲身份

在明年夏天举行的法国全民公决中,法国社会党很可能会看到欧盟宪法条约草案得以通过。12月初始,社会党党内人士和其支持者对此草案进行投票,结果以压倒性票数通过。

由于雅克·希拉克总统和皮埃尔·拉法兰总理广受欢迎,加之法国右翼力量的势力大幅削弱,一票否决票就可能使法国民众转而反对草案的通过。

但法国社会党的投票对欧洲左翼而言也相当重要。法国社会党从来没有经历过天主教的现代化改革,也没有过巴特戈德斯贝格纲领(德国社民党曾在1959把它称为马克思主义的最后遗迹)。相反,法国社会党一直坚持认为与资本主义分离是循序渐进的演变过程,从未明确承认其改革本质。
