萨科齐的秘密决裂

巴黎——一年前,当尼古拉·萨科齐竞选法国总统的时候,他承诺过要与过去彻底“决裂”。迄今为止,没有几个法国人目睹了萨科齐承诺的那种决裂。但他们如果因此认为萨科齐执政的第一年没有任何变化那就大错特错了。事实上,萨科齐的的确确实现了决裂,尽管决裂的领域可能出乎人们的预料:那就是从戴高乐时代起就在法国大行其道的外交政策共识。

当然,这么早就对萨科齐让法国回归北约统一的军事指挥并让法国在北约战区外作战中担负更多责任的明确决策做出准确长期战略评价的可能性的确很小,但法国参与北约在阿富汗的军事行动却是破天荒以来第一遭。上述决策的含意非常明确:萨科齐领导的法国现在已经回到了大西洋联盟的核心。
