改造俄国的军工产业

自苏联时代以来,俄罗斯的国防工业大幅度萎缩。在普京统治下,俄国发起了对其重组的全面规划。这一进程取得了某些进展,但是根本性的结构性问题依旧存在,导致俄国向冲突易发地区出口大量的先进武器,从而使得克里姆林宫与欧洲、美国以及其他国家交恶。

目前,俄国政府正在航空部门促成建立一个类似的机构即联合飞机制造公司。该公司包含主要的国营和私营固定机翼飞机的制造厂商。这一合并的支持者们认为这将会提高俄国飞机产业的效率,而且,通过降低成本,可以让俄国飞机对外国买家更具有吸引力。
