危机中的普京主义

 莫斯科-“由于严峻的经济形势,我国决定采取临时措施切断隧道尽头的电源”。这是最近在俄罗斯流传的笑话之一。现在,俄罗斯面临着十年来最严重的危机。

我出生在20世纪60年代初,我那一代人经历了两场危机。第一场危机,是苏联倒台后的几乎一贫如洗——商店里什么东西都没有,国家破产了,人们所有的积蓄都没有了。另一场危机,影响了所有的人,但是没有前一场那么严重——俄罗斯1998年的经济危机,它见证了卢布四倍的贬值。俄罗斯当前的危机很严重,但是,人们却没有应对措施的任何线索。

但是,当前危机的严重不仅是因为俄罗斯主要出口商品——石油,天然气以及金属——的价格大幅下跌,而且是因为相信自己具有无穷力量和智慧的政府,现在似乎也无力应对俄罗斯所面临的挑战。是的,俄罗斯拥有巨大的黄金和外汇储备,但是,它们正在快速减少。这些储备如果以当前的速度花费——主要是为了保护卢布,它们很快就会被耗尽。
