不情愿的普京死刑执行者?

莫斯科——一个一直困扰着俄国政治,以及世界对俄国政治讨论的问题——“他(弗拉基米尔·普京)究竟会不会继续掌权?”——已经找到了答案。答案是他既会也不会。

普京长久以来的助手和亲手挑选的继承人德米特里•梅德韦杰夫(Dmitri Medvedev)当选俄国总统意味着普京正式将克里姆林大权的所有浮华与仪式拱手交给了梅德韦杰夫。但从现在看来,21响礼炮和仪式上的元首地位如果能被普京出让,恐怕也是他出让的全部内容。当选择在梅德韦杰夫政府出任总理的时候,普京认为自己已经接近了权力的机器,因为他将分分秒秒把握政府的控制权。

这种怪异的职务而非权力转让——也许与美国南部曾经在任职期满后将职务传给自己夫人的州长们相比算是个小小的进步——无疑是普京的创造发明。但如果梅德韦杰夫并不认可怎么办?如果在几年之后,梅德韦杰夫开始脱离自己的庇护者而独立执政,就像曾几何时普京独立于将他推上克里姆林宝座的鲍里斯·叶利钦?如果局势有可能如此发展,那么了解梅德韦杰夫自身的立场就显得很有必要。
