付出改革的代价

归根结底,根本不存在什么“欧洲经济”。欧盟25个成员国的经济状况各不相同。日耳曼国家在科技领域处于领先地位,西班牙成功地把失业率降低了一半(不久之前那里的失业率还高达25%),而来自中东欧的新成员国正在快速追赶原欧盟国家经济发展的步伐。
