如今,两百多万叙利亚难民前往邻国,更有400万国内难民流离失所。在杀戮和平示威者、扫射居民区、处决向父老开枪的士兵以及使用化学武器的行径下,我们看到了一幅完全无视最基本国际道德和法律准则的图景。
