绝处逢生的摩尔多瓦

发自摩尔多瓦首府基希讷乌——当年在前苏联势力范围内被视为灵丹妙药的“颜色革命”如今似乎已经落伍了。对推广民主制的沮丧情绪正在全世界范围内不断蔓延。反过来,中央集权政体似乎又开始流行起来。

而就在大概一年之前,摩尔多瓦这个不起眼的小国恰好印证了这一点。在2009年4月7日,摩尔多瓦登上了全世界媒体的头条,因为一场抗议不公正选举的和平示威被一小撮别有用心的破坏分子所利用,演变成一场对国会大楼和总统府的围攻。

媒体将这次事件定名为“推特革命”,这其实是有点夸张的。一年之后的今天,尽管破坏分子依然大肆行动,但一个新生民主政府已经掌握了政权。虽然国会大楼至今仍未重建,但政府正在努力将摩尔多瓦重建成一个有志于加入欧盟的民主国家。
