投资能拯救欧洲吗?

巴黎—欧洲的经济增长仍然令人失望。几乎所有欧盟成员国2014年产出预计都会有所提高,但根据国际货币基金组织的最新预测,欧元区平均增长率很难超过1%。此外,尽管英国经济表现出强大的动力,其 GDP直到最近才超过危机前水平。用人均量衡量,英国仍比七年前要穷。
