希腊的今天,日本的未来?

发自东京——希腊财政危机已经严重冲击了全球市场。在短短两年之内,希腊预算赤字占GDP的比例就由4%飙升到13%。如今其他欧盟国家似乎也受到了威胁,而欧盟和世界货币基金组织正奋力赶在下一个国家爆发危机之前遏制住希腊危机的发展势头。

然而政府超额债务问题不仅仅是欧盟的专利。事实上,日本的政府债务总额已经是GDP的170%——比希腊的110%还要高出许多。但在如此严峻的对比之下,日本政府却似乎没有想要认真对待这个问题的意思。

去年的大选在日本实现了政权更替,鸠山由纪夫所率领的日本民主党推翻了连续执政近半个世纪的自民党。但鸠山政府却解散了专门负责讨论经济和财政政策的政策委员会,并因此忽视了对宏观经济的管理。
