伯克利—过去五年来,美国医疗支出增长大幅放缓,已降至50年来的最低点。减速并不令人奇怪。这是一个可以预见的结果,其原因是让数百万美国人失去健康保险、抑制家庭支出的衰退和缓慢复苏。
