中国的多边金融动员

伦敦—欧洲复兴开发银行(EBRD)理事会最近批准了中国的加入申请——中国的申请历程经历了十年——并交由成员国政府最后批准。但EBRD成员资格只是中国在世界国际金融机构中地位迅速提升的一个写照。现在的问题是中国将在现有国际金融机构框架内促使它们改变,还是另辟蹊径。
