اختبار السلام المصري-الاسرائيلي

واشنطن العاصمة – ان الهجمات الصاروخية التي شنتها مجموعة اسلامية متشددة مؤخرا من سيناء المصرية على مدينة ايلات الاسرائيلية تذكرنا مرة اخرى بمدى هشاشة العلاقات الثنائية بعد عامين من الثورة المصرية . ان النشاطات الارهابية يمكن ان تقود بسهولة الى ازمة على الحدود مع امكانية اشعال مواجهة غير مرغوب بها يمكن ان تهدد اتفاقية السلام والتي قادت الى تطبيع العلاقات الثنائية في سنة 1979 ومن اجل تجنب مثل هذه النتيجة يجب على اسرائيل ومصر ان يقوموا بعمل مقنع من اجل المحافظة على الاتفاقية .

عندما اندلعت الاعمال العدائية في نوفمبر الماضي في غزه قام الرئيس المصري محمد مرسي بالتوسط من اجل التوصل لحل سريع وحتى انه قام بتوفير ضمان لوقف اطلاق النار مع حماس والتي تحكم غزه مما يعني ان مرسي قد اعاد التزام مصر الضمني بالمحافظة على السلام على الحدود ولعب دور ايجابي في الصراع الفلسطيني –الاسرائيلي. ان هذا قد عزز الثقة في اسرائيل بإن الاخوان المسلمين وهم الحزب الحاكم في مصر سوف يحافظون على اتفاقية السلام الموقعة سنة 1979 ولكن مرسي لم يقم بشكل واضح بتأييد السلام مع اسرائيل وقام بتجنب التواصل المباشر مع القادة الاسرائيليين.

ان المحافظة على السلام يصب في مصلحة البلدين . ان الهجوم على موقع الجيش المصري في سيناء في الصيف الماضي والذي ادى الى مقتل 16 جندي على يد المتشددين المسلحين قد اظهر ان الارهاب يهدد مصر بالقدر الذي يهدد اسرائيل .
