当前，中国经济在全球经济中的比重上升，有人认为这标志着全球经济实力平衡方面出现了根本性的转变，但是这一观点却忽略了军事实力。这些人认为一个国家经济上占主导地位，那么军事上很快也会占主导。他们忘记了这样一个事实：美国坐享世界最大经济大国的宝座近70年才成为军事超级大国。
