全球经济仍然充满着不确定,欧元区GDP增长没有显露出健康信号,美国复苏疲软,大宗商品出口国(如澳大利亚)因为中国需求的放缓而遭受阻力,而新兴市场减速已经快要迎来三周年。在如此不确定的环境下,发达国家货币政策略有变化也会动摇发展中经济体。

比如,5月份,美联储仅仅宣布将“逐渐减少”长期资产购买量就导致了新兴市场货币贬值。美联储考虑推出量化宽松政策并在明年提高利率的,这将给全球市场带来巨大动荡。
