柏林-美国富有传奇色彩的投资家沃伦·巴菲特曾经说过, “只有当潮水退去的时候,你才知道谁一直在裸泳。 ”这一睿智的说法指的是公司在发生经济危机时的情况,但它同样也适用于指国家和经济体。

在欧洲,情况越来越令人担心,因为全球经济危机正在把欧盟的缺点和局限性无情地暴露出来。事实上,随着对宪法规定的条约的蔑视,欧洲丧失的最重要的东西现在是显而易见的:它丧失了它对自身和对自己的共同的前途的信念。
