不让童年再挥洒在收容所

今年9月,保加利亚检察官对238名残障儿童的死亡进行凶杀调查。死前,这些孩子一直住在保加利亚的国有收容机构。在过去的10年中,他们一直由于因为各种原因相继死去,包括营养不良和饥饿、可医治的感染、肺炎、“意外事故”以及疏于照管。在这238人中,有149个孩子死于居住的收容所,而非医院。这使人们不禁要问,为什么孩子在死前没有立即被送往医院的重症监护室。
