谷开来一案的死缓判决,更引发人们对中国司法的质疑。这是明显地告诉人们,她杀英国人在行为上有罪,在道德上是正义之举。

当然,对谷开来的审判,最令人意外的不是死刑或死缓,而是又一次让世人看到中国法律的倒退,在没有证人证据出现就匆匆读了几张文字稿便审完了。仅仅因受害者是英国人,就使中国政府不得不表演这一次审判丑剧。

杀了英国人海伍德的谷开来是中国文革之后,执政的共产党因以党法代替法律而几尽崩溃,便恢复了法律系课程时,她以不及格的成绩,被破格进入了北京大学。之前,她是北京菜市场卖猪肉的店员,别名“一刀准”。
