    与此同时,各家报纸几乎全是用悲惨的语言报导有关银行和金融市场的消息,而对世界经济状况几乎不关心,好像现今的危机仅仅是金融方面的,而且还必将持续如此。确实,某些专家也相信只要通过对银行重新融资就可以解决这场危机,而且对实际经济的影响将会相对有限。
