首先,毫无疑问,在收入,财富的分配以及被动性结构变革的成本和收益方面,大多数发达国家的增长模式在过去20年间都是存在问题的。此外我们也都会意识到全球化和某些数字化技术——尤其是与自动化和去中介化(disintermediation)相关的——导致了工作和收入的两极分化,对各个国家的中产阶级都造成了持续的压力。
