奥巴马对阵“伊斯兰国”

华盛顿——美国总统奥巴马已经制订了一份美政府打击控制叙利亚和伊拉克大片领土的“伊斯兰国”的详细战略计划。虽然在过去两年半的时间里我一直在严厉批评奥巴马的叙利亚政策,但这项新的战略政策既成熟又连贯——虽然在某些方面与他一直公开宣扬的价值观有冲突。这一点疏忽仍然可能打乱他的整个计划。
