莫斯科—习近平来俄罗斯访问——这是他成为中国新主席后第一次出访——所带来的热氛让我想起了20世纪50年代末儿提时代的口号:“中苏友谊世代相传”。讽刺的是,即使在口号漫天的时代,中苏关系也很快地恶化了,不到十年,西伯利亚黑龙江地区就交上了火。今天的口号会比当时更加真实吗?

中国经济开放以及苏联解体、俄罗斯诞生后,双边关系进入了新阶段。如今双方都带着良好的意愿,但昔日的怀疑仍然存在,新的怀疑也在滋生。

习近平的访问不会带来任何突破。可以期待会有一些向中国出口石油产品的新合同,但不会有大惊喜。尽管如此,此次访问仍然彰显出双边关系的一些重要特点。
