安倍经济学的妇女问题

东京—在上周的联合国大会演讲中,日本首相安倍晋三强调了建设让妇女放出光芒的社会的决心。事实上,为参与劳动力大军的妇女创造机会是日本政府的改革方案,即所谓的“安倍经济学”(Abenomics)的重要支柱。

显然,安倍的方向是正确的。根据高盛(Goldman Sacks)研究人员的分析,缩小性别差异将给美国带来9%的GDP提振,给日本则能带来13%。在纽约之行期间,安倍也与希拉里·克林顿讨论了“妇女经济学”。在担任美国国务卿期间,希拉里·克林顿将加强妇女在经济中的地位作为一项重要政策目标。

说来令人奇怪,安倍是第一个认识到妇女技能利用不足一直在拖累日本经济的日本领导人。在世界经济论坛(World Economic Forum)的《2013年全球性别差异报告》(Global Gender Gap Report 2013)中,日本名列136个国家的第150位,较2012年的第101位有所下降。
