东京—安倍晋三的第二次日本首相生涯以激光式地聚焦于经济复兴开始。这一几乎从一开始就被称之为“安倍经济学”的政策由所谓的三 “支箭”组成:积极的货币政策、扩张的财政立场以及刺激私人投资的结构性改革。东京举办2020年奥运会又在其上增加了第四支箭——奥运会之前的基础设施投资和旅游收入增长。

坦白说,在经历了15年的通缩性衰退后,日本经济的复苏仍有很长的路要走。尽管如此,安倍改革的效果已经在股市和汇率等领域开始显现。
