性别平等的未竟事业

达沃斯——高层人士已经明确开始关注在工作场所实现性别平等的重要性等问题。包括我本人所在机构进行的各项调查结果一致表明,企业领导人对于必须平等对待男女劳动者已经有了明确的认识。

事实上,我与世界各地资深商务人士的对话证实在这方面正在取得显著的进步。绝大部分人认识到这对企业的成功必不可少,并已着手采取措施提高所在机构的性别平等程度。但尽管态度非常积极,真正实现性别平等还要进行很多工作。

事实是不言自明的。工资差距仍在世界每一个国家从事类似工作的男女员工间现实存在着。同样,女性担任公司董事的比例似乎一直徘徊在17%左右。
