随着全球金融危机发展成为全面的“经济危机”,进而转化为工业危机之后,欧盟内部发出“欧洲应该何去何从?”的声音。目前为止,布鲁塞尔的回应不太让人满意。

欧洲委员会的口号是必须无条件地执行欧洲单一市场的稳定性。为此,为了保持市场的公平性,欧盟发布权威的法令以保证对欧盟国家的救援救助计划实施,。目前还有一种流行的看法,似乎觉得目前做的还不够彻底。
