最新一期的佩尤全球态度调查(Pew Global Attitudes Survey)显示:在接受调查的15个国家中,12个国家对美国的欢迎程度再次下降,这反映出美国形象尽失的悲哀。美国如何才能重新赢得国际地位?这也许是当今世界最重要的挑战之一,因为如果我们希望全球稳定,美国人所掌握的独一无二的权力就需要被看作¾并且用作¾一种正义的力量。
