纽约-活动,不管是政治的还是军事的,目的都是为了获胜,当前的美国总统竞选活动也不例外。民主党和共和党的总统候选人在美国人投票之前剩下的几个星期里,都竭尽全力去和不受欢迎的现任总统以及对方区别开来。

许多注意力都被集中到了两位总统候选人外交政策的不同上面,而这在许多方面是既明显又值得注意的,是有充分理由的。然而,仍然能够在他们之间发现一些相似点,部分是因为他们的差别并不像他们宣称的那样,部分是因为美国下任总统面临的限制因素,肯定会限制不管谁当选后所能做的事情。
