什么是欧元危机?

法兰克福——危机的构成要素是什么?是经济的持续衰退、长期的高失业率、贫困、恶性通货膨胀、汇率的急剧下降、财政赤字、借贷成本高、还是政治问题?大部分人都认为,如果此类“痛苦指数”中的某些问题出现,就会引发危机。然而,虽然普遍认为欧洲正面临危机,但欧洲只是存在少数几个问题,而且此危机只存在于几个欧元区国家。

那么,欧元区为什么会出现经济危机呢?该危机又是如何界定的呢?人们屡次争辩称,单一货币不符合各成员国迥然各异的需求,而且非持续性经济分歧最终将要求欧元区放弃欧元。

最常提到的致命分歧包括增长率、创造就业、失业率之间的差异以及经常账户余额之间的巨大差距,所有这一切都可能会追溯到单元劳动成本之间的巨大差异。此分歧给问题国家带来相当大的风险溢价问题,这不可避免地会加快资本向安全地区外逃的速度。
