但这并不会发生。正如新兴大国对乌克兰危机的反应所显示的,世界政治已不再决定于欧洲发生了什么,即便欧洲正在酝酿一场大冲突。国际体系已变得多极化,非欧洲国家大可选择追求自身利益而没有义务在东方和西方之间站队。
