伯克利—美国正面临新一轮联邦政府支出削减,这一回至少要从GDP增长中削去0.5%个百分点,减少至少100万个就业岗位。自动的全面支出削减,即所谓的“自动减赤”(sequester),将减少850亿美元支出——并在2021年之前每年都削减这一规模的数量。
