幸福、宽容与青年的未来

迪拜——过去两周来,我听到和看到了有关阿拉伯联合酋长国政府最新变革的诸多问题、评论和新闻报道。似乎每个人都想知道我们为什么设立幸福宽容和未来部,以及我们为什么任命一位年仅22岁的青年部长?

过去5年来我们所吸取的地区教训就反映在上述变革当中。尤其是我们已经认识到,无法有效满足青年人的愿望就是逆潮流而行。没有青年人所特有的活力和乐观,社会无法发展壮大;事实上,它们注定难逃厄运。

当政府抛弃年轻人,阻碍他们走上美好生活之路,他们就对整个社会关上了大门。我们不能忘记地区紧张局势的起源,被称为“阿拉伯之春”的这起事件其根源恰恰在于青年人缺乏实现其梦想和抱负的机会。
