“橙色革命”一年后,很多乌克兰人都认为自己的理想被出卖了。政府对人民负责和清除市场内鬼的信念不再是政府政策的准绳。相反,他们为之奋斗的理想更像是被保护既得利益者们利用的口号。

愤世嫉俗者说我们的“橙色”理想从一开始就不过是一个寡头集团用来推翻另一个寡头集团的合理借口。他们说这些人一旦大权在握,他们承诺改革的热情就转向了保护自己和朋友的私有财产。

乌克兰怎么陷入了这样尴尬的境地?一年前,聚集到基辅街道上的每个人都清楚任意操纵生活和劳动、任意处置国家财产的腐败政府才是我们的反对目标。只要正式的法律权利存在,就不可能在统治者认为权利受到挑战的时候,指望法院来行使这些权利。
