走向歧途的乌克兰

布拉格——自从亚努科维奇赢得2010年总统大选后,乌克兰民主框架经历了一次具有警示意义的巨大动荡。民主社会的基本原则——比如言论自由、集会自由和新闻自由——都被压制了。而对反对派的指控——如今已发展到拘禁前总理季莫申科的新高度了,在大多数西方人看来,这场没完没了的审判根本就是政治迫害——表明,法治精神正在被抛弃。
