兑现欧洲对东欧的承诺

欧盟绝不能屈服于他的要求。乌克兰命运已成为欧洲命运的缩影。事实上,普京不但要阻止欧洲政治、公民和社会规范在乌克兰扎根;他还想逆转因经济危机和/或蛊惑人心的民粹主义政策导致政局脆弱的波罗的海、巴尔干半岛和欧洲其他国家的民主化风潮。

在里加举行的东欧伙伴关系峰会可以而且必须证明欧洲有决心在俄罗斯侵略面前捍卫自身的统一、安全和价值观。而且欧洲不能只是简单地发表几份被克里姆林宫及其乌克兰代理分裂势力所蔑视的很快会被遗忘的官方公报,而是必须出台具体的措施。
