欺骗英国脱欧

但显而易见,去年6月就英国欧盟成员身份举行的全民公投仅具有顾问意义,议会不必受其约束。不仅如此,在全民公决拉票期间,各种脱欧方案从未被作为替代选择加以讨论——更不用说投票了。
